Term and Conditions

• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be used beyond the expiry date, which is printed on the front of the voucher.
• Treatments need to be booked in advance. Once you have received your voucher(s), please have your voucher number available when making your booking.
• You will need to bring your voucher with you and exchange it at the Reception on the day of your booking.
• Children under 16 are not permitted without adult supervision or consent

• There are no refunds on vouchers.

• Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out in the terms and conditions also apply to gift vouchers.

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash, Sold or Transferred. Also unable to purchase via card payment.
